What the website does.
The enquiry form structures details in your browser. “Prepare enquiry” does not send or store them. You then choose WhatsApp, your email app or the copy option, review the prepared message and decide whether to send it.
Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 may load on the official domain only after explicit analytics permission. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, dates, cities and free-text searches are not sent to analytics. Your choice is stored locally under mmr-consent-v2 and can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
Recipients and retention.
Google is the analytics provider after permission. WhatsApp/Meta or the email providers involved in your chosen channel receive information only when you open and send the message. GA cookies are configured for no more than 395 days without renewal on each visit. The website has no enquiry database; sent correspondence is retained according to the chosen channel and legitimate communication needs.
